Coach Huber will be concentrating on agility, body weight exercises, conditioning, and HIIT programs.

We will start at the gym and depending on the day will depend on where the training session takes place but it will always be on campus.

Athletes should bring a good pair of running/training shoes and water.

Training sessions will start at a light intensity and pick up as we go along.
