Once you’ve completed your child’s Enrollment Application, new families should start the student aid process via FACTS, an independent third-party agency. The process allows families to apply for reduced tuition that is right for their families’ financial situation. Our mission is to make Catholic education affordable and accessible to qualified students who could not otherwise benefit from the school’s services. 

All families, new or current, must apply every year. Applications open on January 1st each year.

April 2024 - all SUPPORTING FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS must be received

New Students
The March application deadline does not apply to new families applying for the 2024-25 school year. Start the FACTS Grants and Aid application as soon as you complete your Enrollment Application.

STEP 1: Complete Application
NEW Families: Set up a FACTS account and complete an online application. (Spanish version available)
CURRENT Families: Sign into your FACTS account and complete an online application.

STEP 2: Upload Supporting Documents
Provide supporting documents to FACTS via upload, fax, or mail. Applications cannot be processed without ALL required supporting documents. 

STEP 3: Award Notification
Once ALL supporting documents have been received, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks for a FACTS Grants and Aid application to be processed. Award notifications for the 2024-25 school year will begin mid-April.
