PROGRAM EXPANSION
Academic excellence is important to success, but our world is a more exciting place thanks to athletic competition, performing arts, and programs that reflect the transcendentals of truth, beauty, and goodness. We want our students to maximize their human potential and to both be good and do good in authentic freedom. Expanding student programs provides not only a quality education but creates more opportunities for students to explore their human potential.
 
FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Limited resources lead to situations where organizations are forced to postpone maintenance work or upgrades that have effects on the quality of programs and services being provided to students. Facility improvements - especially those that allow for additional programming - make a difference. We recognize that we must develop partnerships with individuals and businesses who value the importance of maintaining the facilities that impact our students' extracurricular programs.
 
SUSTAINABILITY
Significant capital investments have been made across the campus. Our operating budget lacks a long-term source of funding for ongoing capital improvement needs. We need to grow this important resource to prepare for these needs when they come time to be completed or replaced.
TAX-DEDUCTIBLE
All levels of support are tax-deductible for the full amount less the value of goods and services provided in exchange for the payment. The Lafayette Catholic School System Advancement Office will provide an official tax receipt and year-end tax statement.
 
FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS
We recognize that businesses require financial flexibility. An initial deposit of $500 is required before July 1 of the academic year. Any remaining balance may be paid in monthly payments on the first of each month, quarterly payments, or all at once on an arranged date. How you would like to process payment is part of the registration process. Electronic or mailed statements are provided.
 
DO-NOT-SOLICIT
As one of our partners, our goal is to limit multiple solicitations. You will be added to the Lafayette Catholic School System Do-No-Solicit List that is distributed to school principals, the athletic department, and parent organizations. As a corporate sponsor, our schools will not ask for any more from you.
 
RECOGNITION LEVEL
As a Corporate Partner, your level of support qualifies you as a Bishop's Society member. At this level of support you will be invited to other fun events and have the opportunity to meet other key school supporters. 
The initial term of Royal, Golden, Silver and Bronze is two years, with the Royal, Golden, Silver, or Bronze level amount to be paid both years. Following the initial two years, the agreement may be renewed for an additional two years or year-to-year. The prices listed on the following pages are for one year (i.e. the Royal Knight level is $30,000 paid $15,000 annually) The Knight and Squire levels are a one-year agreement and may be renewed annually.
 
The partnership program runs each academic school year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
