Nominate an influential educator today!

Golden Apple Award Nominations are due by May 1, 2023.

One of our greatest assets in the Lafayette Catholic School System is our staff of talented teachers. When a teacher does his or her job well, the students in their classrooms thrive. A great teacher is one who motivates, who inspires, and who leads our students to a higher purpose.

Each year the Greater Lafayette Commerce presents the Golden Apple Award to five educators in our community. Nominations for this award may be submitted by parents, staff/faculty, and past or present students.

Please, prayerfully consider the LCSS teachers you or your students have had going all the way back to kindergarten. Is there someone who sticks out as an educator who inspired your student?

To qualify for a Golden Apple Award, nominees must be non-administrators, fully licensed, and teaching in any Tippecanoe County school. The nomination form can be found here.

Thank you for celebrating our outstanding teachers!
