Billing Instructions

We are again using Sawyer for camp registration, payments, and attendance. If your child attended camp last year, you should already have an account. If you have issues accessing your account, please let us know right away. Please follow the instructions below to register for the camp weeks, and set up your billing.


Registering for camp weeks:

  • Open THIS LINK. You will want to bookmark this link, as this is the one you will visit to access your account, sign up/adjust camp weeks and pay your bill. 

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click on “Camps/Events” are the top of the page.

  • Click “More info” on the week you are wanting to send your child(ren) to camp.Screen shot 1

  • Select “Camp/Event” for the entire week (full time) or “Drop-in” for the daily rate (part time).

    • If you select daily, you will have to select the days of the week you plan to send your child.

      • If you plan on doing random drop-ins you can still register once the camp week has already begun, and you will have to pay for all drop-ins up front.

    • Click register.

  • On the drop down menu, select the first child you are registering.

    • Click add to cart.

  • Click “Keep Shopping” to add more weeks and/or to register additional children.

  • When registering for additional weeks, you will have to select how you would like to pay. 

    • TO MAKE WEEKLY PAYMENTS, be sure to select “1 installment + deposit”. The first payment will be due Friday, June 2nd, and then each additional week will be due the Friday before.

      • There is no deposit for camp.

    • To pay for the entire summer upfront select “Pay in full”.

Completing payment:

  • If you are a registered parishioner at one of the Lafayette parishes or enrolled at a Lafayette Catholic school, use the promo code LCSSFAMILY to get the discount weekly rate.

    • Click checkout.

  • Verify your family’s information on the form; make any necessary changes.

    • Click “Continue to Payment”.

  • Here you will add your credit card information. This is the card that will be charged each week if you are doing weekly payments.

  • If you are making weekly payments, review the order summary to ensure that only the total for the first week is that. 

    • Weekly rates are: 

      • $140 for parishioners/LCSS families

      • $155 for non-parishioners/LCSS families

      • $40/day

  • Click place order.
