Update on Construction and Fundraising at Central
Catholic!
Renovation inside Central Catholic is complete! Each classroom is equipped with its own heating and cooling and new energy efficient windows. The
Science Labs and the senior girls and junior boy’s locker rooms, public restroom in the breezeway of the Eberle Center are also completed. The corridor
lighting is also new.
A new and more welcoming front entrance and a new chapel are slated to be completed by November 1. To view construction photos,

An open house will be planned for all to see the improved facilities at Central Catholic when the front entrance and chapel are completed.
As of September 30, 2009, the amount raised in gifts and pledges to the Building Faith & Futures Capital Campaign totals $4,639,064.37.
Projects to follow, as additional funds are raised, are those associated with the grounds of Central Catholic, including the Athletic Complex. New bleachers, new all-weather track,
concession building and restrooms, are part of the grounds improvements.
History of Building Faith & Futures
This fundraising campaign debuted in November 2007 at an event held at the Lafayette Theater, where approximately 150 friends of CC attended. Since that time, school and campaign leadership have met
privately with patrons and friends. In January 2009, school system officials and church leaders announced the public phase of the campaign through local parishes, general media and direct mail to alumni
near and far.
Pledges are still needed and welcome! No gift is too small. Simply download the pledge form from the link below, and send to the LCSS Development Office. Four-year pledges are welcome. If you would like to
