Do not forget to include your check of $21.00 for processing made payable to Private School Aid Service. Please keep a
copy of this application for your records.
Private School Aid Service needs to have your application no later than February 27, 2010. You will be notified of the results of your application for tuition assistance no later than April 15, 2010.
