Diplomas/Curriculum Overview

The Guidance Department administers guidance and counseling services that design and implement programs addressing the student’s academic and post-secondary needs, as well as the spiritual, physical, emotional and social well being of each individual.
Central Catholic offers the Indiana Core 40 and the Academic Honors diplomas.  In addition to the diploma requirements, all Central Catholic students must:
  • Take and pass Religion and English every semester.

*Students must earn a C or higher in every course to qualify for the Academic Honors Diploma.
It is recommended for students contemplating college to take at least two consecutive years of a foreign language in addition to four years of math, science and English.
